Daniel M. Wik, MD, DC – Pain Management Specialist
Dr. Wik is a pain management specialist with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic pain conditions. With a patient-centered approach, Dr. Wik integrates the latest in medical science, interventional procedures, and holistic therapies to help patients regain function, improve quality of life, and manage pain effectively.
After earning a Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University, Dr. Wik completed a residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Rehabilitation Medicine.
Dr. Wik has special expertise in treating conditions such as back and neck pain, neuropathic pain, complex regional pain syndrome, arthritis, and sports-related injuries.
Known for a multidisciplinary approach to pain management and combining the latest in interventional techniques with personalized treatment plans, patients benefit from state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and therapies aimed at identifying the root cause of pain and delivering effective, minimally invasive treatments.
With compassionate care and a collaborative treatment philosophy, Dr. Wik works closely with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans that may include image-guided injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulation, and non-opioid pain relief options.
Dr. Wik has served as a member of the Colorado Chiropractic Association, Wisconsin Medical Society, Wisconsin Back Society, Nebraska Medical Society, Northeast Nebraska Medical Society, Spinal Intervention Society, Wisconsin Society of Physical Medicine, American Academy of Physical Medicine, and the American Medical Association.
